Delivery Information

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-4 days after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment centerto the destination. 

Shipping Methods:

Our shipping methods contains: DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT and FedEx, as well as China Post.

We will use international Express Shipping Service and the standard shipping.

1. The Standard shipping way: we will ship the item by China Post, the estimated delivery time will be 7-15 business days to US, UK, AU, CA and DE; to other country, it will take 10-20 business days.

2. The Express shipping way: we will ship it by DHL, FEDEX, EMS, UPS, USPS and so on.

The delivery takes 3-7 business days to UK,USA,AU and CA. It takes 5-12 business days to other countries.

 

Note: We will choose the optimal shipping method according to the size and weight. If you need it urgently, you can contact us to ship with Express Shipping.

Confirm

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order needs authorization. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

 

Processing

It usually takes 1-4 business days for your order (while some items may need 6-9 business days). We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.

 

Shipping

Shipment takes 5-15 business days to arrive.

Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

Please note:

1、Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 1-4 (while some items may need 6-9 business days)business days and is NOT included in the overall "shipping time".

2、All packages have specific tracking information.

3、You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. 

4、Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.

 

Delivery

Please contact us within 6 months since shipment if no receipt or delivery, our representative will resolve this problem within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

Free Shipping Over $49

We provide the fast free shipping over $49. If your order amount is less than $49, we will charge $9.9 as shipping cost.

 

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us.

 

Notes:

1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-4 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

4) Should your package not arrive within 30 days after you have placed your order, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.

5) Possible tariffs and other possible related costs are borne by the customers.

6) We're improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, so processing orders may be delayed.
